1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of 7 Star Catered ("we", "our", or "us"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a booking or submitting an enquiry.

2. Services

7 Star Moses Caterers provides catering and hospitality services for various events including but not limited to weddings, house warmings, naming ceremonies, corporate events, themed events, and silver service banquets. The exact scope of services will be defined in a written quotation or service agreement.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and the advance payment as specified in the quotation. 7 Star Moses Caterers reserves the right to decline bookings at its sole discretion. Verbal agreements or email confirmations alone do not constitute a binding booking.

4. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance of 30–50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be settled at least 48 hours before the event date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods specified in the invoice.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing rates.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: Advance payment forfeited.
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before: 50% of total amount charged.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before: 100% of total amount charged.
• In exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions), 7 Star Moses Caterers will work with the Client on a case-by-case basis.
